Smiles before her trip

Audrey went on a trip to her mommy and daddy to Nags Head and Kitty Hawk. She saw the largest sand dune on the eastern seaboard, the lighthouse on Bodie Island, and saw the ocean for the first time. She was really interested in the sounds of the waves crashing, and we noticed that her vision is getting more precise. She was watching the cars go by us with great interest at about 100 feet away. We had fun with her, but forgot our camera!!!! So here are some pictures of her before we headed out yesterday morning!

I think it's pretty cool, but my friend Aude just let me know that my Audrey was born on the feast day of St. Aude (also known as Juthwara), November 18th. I think it's funny because it happened completely by accident! *chuckle*
